7 Weeks Old

Sam is 7 weeks old now and changing so much everyday. She is really talking (cooing) a lot. I can hear her talking to her toys when I am not in the room with her, and she finds herself really funny. She also likes to stand on our laps- not sit. She strongly fights sitting on our laps. Sam is up during the day more taking short naps throughout. She gets up once or twice in the night to eat but is good about going right back down afterwards. Here are few new pictures.

Playing with Petey, the plati-duck that Aunt Karlie and Uncle Philip gave her.

Gramma sent her this cold weather "outfit" which came in handy when the temperature dipped so low lately.

Its a little big but warm.

Sitting up in her Bumbo seat. Its a battle to get her to bend to sit- she'd rather stand in it. 

She loves to look at what is going on outside the window, next best thing to being outside.

She looks forward to hanging out with Daddy when he gets home.
